Our CareTrust Team
"I love working in Health and Social Care. It's been my passion for 16 years. I do it, because I purely enjoy seeing the difference that I make in peoples' lives, whether it is helping a person through end of live care or advancing their life when they are affected by Dementia. I take pride in my work and feel fortunate to be able to pass my expertise and knowledge to CareTrust's amazing Care Teams. -Anna Matthews (Care Manager/ Managing Director)
Our Support Workers are trained in their field of work and love what they do. CareTrust Home Care goal is to make your loved one feel happy, safe, and supported each time they interact with us. Whether we see your loved one for an occasional Rapid Response visit or whether we provide long-term Live-in Care, we’ll never stop working to ensure the best support available.
To provide professional but personal care experience, we carry out a Care Needs Assessment before any short-term or long-term care. This feature allows us to assess your loved one’s needs, and put a plan in place to support them and you. This way, you and your loved one can ensure that we are giving you all the necessary support, and we can ensure that we know precisely what needs your loved one may have.
Once this meeting and assessment process is done, we can get on with finding your loved one a carer who can and will support all of their needs and who also shares similar interests. Your loved one doesn’t just get a carer, but a friend.
